We currently offer convenient, drive-up storage units of various sizes as well as limited outdoor storage for your boat or RV.

Security is our top priority. Our facility is equipped with 24/7 surveillance cameras, gated access, and local management to address any concerns.
3. What are your operating hours?
Our facility is open to tenants every day from 8 AM to 9 PM. Our management team is available to assist you Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM EST and Saturday and Sunday, 8 AM to 6 PM EST.

We’re conveniently located at 4612 Model City Rd, Model City N.Y. 14107 in Lewiston, NY, making us accessible with ease to residents of Niagara County.
5. What sizes of storage spaces do you offer?
We currently offer sizes of 10' x 10', 10' x 15', 10' x 20' or 10' x 30'. All with easy drive-up access.
6. Do you offer long-term and short-term storage options?
Yes, we provide both short-term and long-term storage plans to offer flexibility based on your needs.
7. How can I reserve a storage space?
You can reserve a storage space by calling us at 716-343-7544 or book online. We also welcome by appointment visits if you'd like to tour the facility first.
8. Is insurance required for my stored items?
We offer a safe facility and it's highly monitored, but tenants are responsible for the insurance of their belongings and vehicles.
9. How do I make payments?
For convenience, we offer online payment options through our website, allowing you to manage your account from anywhere.
10. What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least a 30-day notice for cancellations. Please contact us if you have specific questions about your storage term or cancellation.
